With a cloud telephone system, you can be reached anywhere flexibly under your direct office telephone number without forwarding. Simply plug in the phone at home and you can make calls just like in the office. Outgoing calls will of course display your office number to the called party as usual.

Alternatively, they can use telephone software to make calls from their home office via their PC/laptop.
